Ive tried to download the psycho pack for almost a day now and every time I try whether from xbox.com or xbox live maketplace i get an error. The error code i get from xbox marketplace is 80153016. The same day I also purchased a season pass and downloadedall of the DLC for Borderlands 2 yet this one pack wont work. Everywhere I try to buy it from it says that the cost is 400 msp and i get that was because the sale that was going on but how is this not fixed yet.

According to the gearbox website this sale wasonly supposed to go on until the 8th of July so how has the price not changed back in 5 days. I see that many other threads have the same issue whether it be with the psycho pack or other downloads from the big game sale event, but i still havent seen a properanswer from support. Its cool that xbox is trying to make consumer happy but if they have problems like this then whats the point. I even chatted with tech support for almost an hour and they were as lost as I was. From all the other threads I read with someonehaving this problem, the only response they get from tech support is more questions. No this problem has nothing to do with region and yes i tried all of the suggested solutions for an error code like the one i got. Someone from tech just give a straight answerplease.

My biggest issue is that because of this sale people are buying msp to buy something they wouldnt have bought before on any regular day. Then all of these 500 and up msp people are buying end up going to waste since apparently the sale was over. Now we allspent money to get something that was advertised as on sale and at the end of the day when the issue does eventually get fixed the prices will go back to what they originally cost (it also may not by some miracle). Ive never seen such a lack of support froma company this big and i get that support cant respond to every single thread but the least they could do is make an announcement about what will happen with all of these price changes, instead of announcing a method that im sure many many people have alreadytried. Id rather have an announcement say the prices will go back to original when it is eventually fixed so i can be mad sooner and never make a purchase with anything to do with xbox again.
